DevOps tool maker Dynatrace is integrating generative AI with its existing causal and predictive AI systems to predict and prevent application failures. The system, called Davis AI, can identify the root cause of a failure, predict future issues based on past performance, and suggest code alterations to avert problems. The company is also exploring the use of generative AI to recommend code fixes, although this is still an emerging area due to the unreliability of current generative algorithms.
